Fifth Vedam
The concept of the “fifth Veda” is often associated with the idea of incorporating various other texts or knowledge systems into the Vedic tradition. While the four Vedas (Rigveda, Samaveda, Yajurveda, and Atharvaveda) are considered the core texts of Hinduism, the idea of a fifth Veda suggests the inclusion of additional texts or knowledge. One example is the Mahabharata, which is sometimes referred to as the “fifth Veda” due to its significance in Hindu culture and its inclusion of various philosophical teachings, including the Bhagavad Gita. This concept reflects the dynamic and evolving nature of Hindu scripture and tradition.but indirectly the fifth veda reflects to the extraction of the hidden secrets within the vedas which we call it has brahma gnanam which means the knowlege of the brahman (universe) ,understanding it shall be a very intricate and difficult task for one , has one must unveil the secrets of the vedas mentioned within them .
